Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Some information regarding the medical DO degree. It specifies differences that the DO degree supplies in comparison to the other Medical Degrees Doctor of Medicine Information regarding the MD Medical degree. It offers insight into the typical practice that is seen with an MD degree and also some history of the develpment of the degree. Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine This site offers insite into the practice of Naturopathic Doctors. It explains what the degree entails, and what the focus is of the Doctor who is practicing the degree. Naturopathic Medicine Schools This site lists all the Schools across the USA where you can obtain an ND degree. Doctor of Medicine Schools A directory that provides a list of all the MD medical schools across the nation. Study-Intern Abroad Another academic interest of mine is the Spanish Language. At some point in my Undergraduate studies I plan on traveling to Spain to participate in either studying abroad, or being part of an internship program. A little about me: I'm an Interdisciplinary Studies: HealthSciences major and plan to graduate in December 2012. My studies here at UND have a Pre-Medicine emphasis. This interests me, because it incorporates technology into health in such a unique way! Dream Job This Hospital is a place where I desire to work after receiving my Medical degree. I love working with kids, and the impact on research and health that they promote here for kids is absolutely phenominal! Some other interesting facts about me: ~ I play on the Women's Soccer team here at UND. This is a website where you can learn a little bit about our team and view some statistics of our 2009 season. ~ I like to spend my time volunteering at various hospitals both in Grand Forks and Fargo including Merit Care Hospital, Innovis Health and Altru Clinic. *The links are to each of the different hospitals showing the specifics of how each is unique to its community. |
